General Shipping Information

We use UPS (United Parcel Service). UPS cannot deliver to a post office box. You may choose standard Ground shipping, or expedite your package with 3 Day Select, 2nd Day Air, and three options for Next Day delivery. Your shipping costs will be calculated at checkout based on the shipping option you choose. Orders over $150 are eligible for free Ground shipping within the United States.

If the item is in stock, we will ship within 24 hours of receiving your order, excluding weekends. We do our best to keep our website updated, but occasionally an item may be out of stock. If this is the case, we will notify you via e-mail of the anticipated ship date.

If you received free shipping and you return the item(s) for refund, the shipping cost will be deducted from your refund amount.

* Please note that shipping dates are calculated starting the day after pickup. If you place your order by 3 PM Eastern Standard Time and the item is in stock, the ship date will be the following day. Orders placed on Friday will have a ship date of Monday.
