1. Is your site secure?
Our site is secure. We use a GeoTrust SSL certificate, which means that all your information is protected using a 256-bit SSL encryption technique.

2. How do you ship and how much does it cost?
We use UPS (United Parcel Service). UPS cannot deliver to a post office box. At checkout, your shipping costs will be calculated based on the shipping option you choose. Orders over $150 are eligible for free ground shipping. Please go to our shipping guide for more information.

3. How long will it take for me to receive my purchase?
If the item is in stock, we will ship within 24 hours of receiving your order. If the item is not in stock, this information is listed under the photo of the item. We will notify you via e-mail of the anticipated ship date when you place your order.

4. What is your return policy?
SilveradoVermont will accept a return for refund within 14 days of receipt. After that date, we are not able to accept a return for refund. Each item is shipped with a "Return Instructions" form for you to complete and include with your return. Items must be returned in their original packaging and not show any signs of wear. Items that have been worn, engraved or altered in any way are not returnable. Shipping charges are not refundable.

5. Do you have gift certificates?
At this time, we do not offer gift certificates for online purchases. If you already have a gift certificate from the store, you can always shop online and call us when you would like to make a purchase using your gift card.

6. Do you offer gift wrapping?
Yes, you can choose our free gift wrapping on the checkout page. You can also have us include a free gift card, either blank or with a message that you compose on the checkout page.

7. Can I have my purchase shipped to an address other than my own?
Yes. You choose this option at checkout.

8. If I have you send a gift to someone, can she return it for exchange or refund?
We do not offer merchandise exchanges or store credits for online purchases. If your gift recipient wishes to return an item, she can return it to us but we are only able to process a refund to the original purchaser of the item.

9. Can I ship to an overseas address?
Yes, but you will be responsible for any additional customs, taxes and other applicable fees.

10. Do you charge sales tax?
Orders shipped to Vermont addresses are charged 7% sales tax.

You can pay with Visa, MasterCard, and American Express.

12. Can I pay with a check?
Yes, but you will have to contact us to arrange this type of transaction. We will ship your selection 5 business days after we deposit your check.

13. When do you charge my credit card?
Your credit card is charged when we receive and process your order.

14. How safe is my credit card information?
SilveradoVermont.com is concerned about the safety and security of our customers. We have put a number of technological protections in place to ensure that our transaction process is extremely safe, including the latest in transaction encryption software and methodology so that your information is secure. We use authorize.net, a world leading on-line credit card processing company, for all transactions. That being said, please keep in mind that there is risk with all on-line transactions and caution must be practiced by both the buyer and seller.

15. Is my purchase guaranteed for quality?
Absolutely. We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. All of the items we offer are guaranteed to be free from defect to the best of our knowledge. If an item breaks due to faulty craftsmanship or develops a flaw during the first 30 days, we will repair it free of charge. If an item breaks after 30 days, we will repair it for a small fee. This information is covered in more detail in the guarantee included with your purchase. You will also receive care and cleaning instructions with each purchase.

16. I don't live in the United States. Can I order from this website?
As long as you have a Visa or MasterCard that pays us in US funds, you can order from this website.

17. If I don't want to order online, can I place my order another way?
Yes. Just select the items you wish to purchase and contact us toll-free at 888-788-4779 or e-mail us at info@silveradovermont.com.

18. Can I return an item I purchase online to a Silverado retail location?
The only location that can accept returns for online purchases is the Silverado in Manchester Center, VT.

19. Is everything at the SilveradoVermont retail location offered on this website?
The retail store has a more complete representation of the work of many of the artists we feature on this website. Our retail store is located at 4776 Main St., Manchester Center, VT 05255.
